Yup, that was an introduction that was made tonight. I was already bitter that she used part of what I do in her job description but then I got introduced as 'just the receptionist'. Fan-FREAKING-tastic!

You should have smacked her right there. With the phone. Ugh.
This is one of those times when you have to just realize that she's an ass and let her continue to look like an ass and just be the bigger person. Most people can identify the ass from a mile away and they too are saying in their heads "wow, what an ass to introduce Alisa that way"
Katie makes a good point. I would be willing to bet, too, that you're not the only one who realizes how insecure she is.
I have an overly perfumed coworker as well. However, she usually has 101 reasons to work "remotely" aka not in the office. But as of late, she's been here more and the smell is awful, especially for my pregnant nose :(
