Dinner at my place!
If anyone wants to make the drive, I'm cooking a big Irish meal on Saturday so feel free to come over. Brisket (drowned in Killian's), ulster champ, cabbage, soda bread and the coup de grace...Bailey's chocolate cake (I'm making it into mini bundt cakes).

Let me know how the soda bread turns out... and then send me the recipe :)
My Italian husband LOVES corned beef and cabbage and in fact, asked me to make it a week early for his birthday. It is funny though b/c corned beef and cabbage is really an American Irish tradition. I had some in Ireland and it was pretty awful.
Man, if I didn't live 9 hours away, I would so be there! That sounds so good!
I always think anything over $300 for domestic travel is highway robbery, but since this is to Canada, that's not bad. And if you found a flight that matches the times you want to fly, buy it. I bet with gas going up, it'll just get more expensive.
Mmmm brisket. Now I'm hungry and it's only 9:30 in the morning!
