IT'S RAINING!!!!
Ok, I don't like thunderstorms. It stems from a childhood fear of all things that go boom. People would try to say cute things (angels bowling in heaven) to allay my fears but it never helped. When my friend's father sat me down, broke out the encyclopedia, and explained it in scientific terms (yet easy enough for a child to understand), I hugged him. I seem to remember that being the first time an adult talked to me like an adult and that changed my life. Anywho, back to the rain. Mostly I hate storms because I hate driving in them. Rain in LA was a very, very bad thing. People cannot drive in the rain in LA. And it seems like all the east coast transplants forget how to drive in the rain once they've lived there a while. It's very scary. So needless to say it's nice to be back on the east coast where people know how to drive.
On a completely different subject, I have a dent in my leg. No, really. I googled it and found a site where a bunch of women said the same thing but there doesn't seem to be an explanation. Maybe I should go to my hot doctor to see what that's about. "Yes, doctor, if you rub my thigh right there. Yeah baby! Do you feel that?" "Oh yeah! Oh uh, I'm sorry, what?" Or I could turn it into a romance novel: As the doctor slowly and tenderly grazed her thigh, her body awaked to emotion she hadn't felt in a long time. The heat from his hand conjured a tingle deep within. Cassandra wondered to herself if the doctor was feeling that same tingle.
Tingle is not a sexy word. I guess a thesaurus is a romance writers best friend. Suggestions anyone?

My suggestions: "A wave of undeniable passion"..."a burning in the loins"..."a hormonal surge equal to the power of four tsunamis"
Between my mom and I- we could supply you with plenty of books/ideas.
