And so it begins...
Now we start getting the calls from parents. They vary from their son/daughter being treated unfairly, to not having a room, to being sent home on a medical discharge. These parents love calling anyone and everyone just to be heard. Personally I would never call the President's office about such matters. There are plenty of other people who (should) take care of whatever problem their child is having. But once in a while we should be contacted with an issue. It's rare but it does happen.
In other news my parents stuff should be arriving soon (late today or early tomorrow). What a mess.
Oh and my uncle is still in the house. It's getting beyond obnoxious. Supposedly he was leaving this morning. I really wouldn't doubt it if I got home and the car was still in the driveway. He even complained about missing his own bed the other day. "WELL GO HOME THEN!!!" He's been doing stuff for my grandmother which is helpful but this is all stuff he should have done the first week he was here. There are other mental/emotional issues but enough is enough. Over 2 weeks at someone's home is plenty.

I find some humor in cadets' mommies and daddies calling the Citadel president's office. I mean, its like having your mom call the army if you were a soldier.
