Darn

I thought I had come up with a good invention but then there is something very simple that I could do instead. I'm always burning my hand on the oven rack so I thought if they could develop a rack where the very front part (the thin bar) stayed cool while the rest got hot then people like me wouldn't have burn scars on their hands all the time. But really if I wore an oven mitt, instead of using a pot holder, I'd be OK. I think I'll look into those silicone oven mitts because they're not too bulky and they look like fun and kind of futuristic.

I don't know if many people know this but I can't make toast. Well I can but I always end up burning it. I can make extensive meals including very difficult dishes but I can't make toast that isn't charred.
