Getting excited for Geek Mecca
So I will be attending Comic Con 2009. I do remember standing in a 2 hour line during the summer of 2007 and thinking to myself..."NEVER AGAIN." Well I'm a glutton for punishment I guess. This time, being seasoned attendees, Dana and I will have a plan of attack and we know what we're getting into. But I'm sure there will be a post at the end of July where I complain about standing in line for too long.
Oh and I went to favorite burger joint #2 for lunch today and saw this lady. I almost went to talk to her (since we did work on the same tv show) but I was busy eating my burger.

Love the 5 guy burgers...
Where is Comic Con?
It's in San Diego every year. It's really outgrown S.D. but they have it for the next 4 years I think. I love going to S.D. but the convention center can't handle 126,000 people.
What's going to be the big thing at Comicon this year?
5 Guys rocks :)
It's too early to know what they'll be featuring yet (they don't announce until a few weeks prior).
But since I'm such a huge geek for movies/tv I was trying to figure out what's due to come out late summer/fall (or even next year) and I've come up with:
Twilight 2
The Green Hornet
Prince of Persia
Inglorious Basterds
Sherlock Holmes
Tron 2.0 (yay!!!)
Oooh, if they do a Sherlock Holmes panel, you have to go to that for me, too!
You have my word! Any excuse to see Robert Downey Jr. live is fine with me. I'm fearful of the Twilight panel.
I love 5 Guys, too!! YUM! How funny that you saw Catherine Bell, was she here working on Army Wives?
I thought Army Wives was cancelled so of course I looked it up after lunch. Apparently it got picked up for another season.
Beth, anytime you want to go to 5 Guys, let me know!
